There are a lot of interesting people behind this song. It was co-written by Tony Osborne with his15 year old son Gary, who many years later on to collaborate with Elton John on several albums.

The band on the recording (but not shown on screen) includes jazz drummer Kenny Clare, London session legend Big Jim Sullivan on lead guitar, along with a young Jimmy Page on rhythm guitar and John Baldwin (John Paul Jones) on bass, long before they thought about of Led Zeppelin!
