@otester EXACTLY!! I have a ps3 and it's awesome, but I have skyrim on my pc as it's not a game that's supposed to played on a console. It being such a huge game it's going to have glitches, which is why you need a pc so you can install patches, and use the console to fix problems.

Most annoying glitch I've encountered so far is whenever I kill a dragon in first person and then revert back to third person, I can't see my characters whole body, but instead waist up in the bottom left corner. It is so effing annoying I can't even begin to describe how much it pisses me off. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to sort it the hell out?! I play on xbox.. if that helps anything.

My file is 16MB, I get about an hour of lag free play. Bethesda is releasing a patch to fix this issue this year though, so I look forward to that. I've had an interesting glitch where a dead semi-important character dies, then respawns in the ground, and another spawned right beside him. What's creepy is they talk.
