Are you speaking of metasploit itself? Metasploit contains a lot of no-no files that would make any 2nd rate anti-virus go effing nuts, as well as some nice anti-virus software out there, but the program itself isn't malicious to your computer.

It should work, ensure that that the target does not have patch ms08_067 installed and test with firewall off

@dodo3tt Hey i have a few questions. To use the vnc payload does the target need to have a vnc server already installed or does it literally inject the vnc server? does the exploiting computer need to run/have a vnc viewer listening?
