hey Nut fancy, if you dont mind i would like to make some suggestions, in the army we learned battle buddy movement, 2 guys ins 1 team,1 guy in front one guy in back, they run first guy shoots, yells "RELOADING!!!" and takes a knee then the second guy goes in front of the reloading guy and starts shooting, and when he is empty its the same for the other guy. and when they move say "BATTLE COVER WHILE I MOVE!" and the other guy responds. "BATTLE I GOT YOU COVERED!!" and then he moves. message me

Problem is that it's 70 degrees here so the look might be different. Anyway thanks for doing it prior to doing it. It would look like I was there shooting with ya. I have shoot a G3 and they are nice, even nicer with a PSG1 trigger kit but I still wouldn't want to carry one around as my primary. HK-UMP yeah cool gun but it is still a sub gun it has it limitations too try shooting past a 200 yrds or punching through body armor I am not saying the M16/M4 is the super gun but it has proven itself.

It's great for practise shooting and I have shot full auto and semi and I like it because it does'nt bang one's shoulder to death but inreal firefight rather have full auto G-3 H&K.

It depends on the ammo. 5.56 FMJ has the potential to enter and exit cleanly, but that's with no projectile yaw, or tumbling as some like to call it. In reality, the 2600fps round is quite devastating when it's put through a barrel that can achieve high-velocity, and thus, fragmentation.

A lot of people participate in matches like this for fun. I have myself, except it was a Tactical Rifle/Shotgun instead of Tactical Rifle/Pistol.

Search "3 gun match" and you'll see that this is a popular sport.

about the SR556 it's essentialy an AR with a gas piston system. the sig 556 in this is new but from what I hear the guy that owned it sold it becuase of the big fat plastic handguard so if u get 1 get the quadrail instead it's less bulbous and fragile

The SR-556 is fairly new to the market so most people either haven't gotten one yet, don't want one, or are waiting it out a bit to see how the performance goes after a year or so.

personally I'll stick with My colt LEO 6920 and the AR I built. Honestly the main thing keeping me out of the piston driven AR market is the availability of spare parts and the extra expense of most piston operating systems

To be honest the only reason I was looking into an SR or SIG is because I am debating on getting one of those verses an AK-74. I hear more negative issues surrounding the AR-15 (obviously excluding range). I liked what I was hearing about the 556(s) because in case it gets crap inside or crap ammo you can a still fire with adjustments. Basically I like to be prepared for the worst.
