I work as a Pedicab Driver in New York City and give tours and rides to tourists everyday, everybody is coming from all the countries including india :) i aaaaalways find indians to be very difficult in negotiating the price, the fare is like 1$ each block - street travel /3$ per Avenue and 5$ is initial fare :) when they hear it they say Nooooooooooo :) I laugh :) once i got indian customers and i said wooow :)

Indians ARE cheap !!!! It's true. I love to annoy the hell out of them whenever I go into a convenience store. I automatically ask them if there are any 50 % discounts. Whenever I buy cigarettes and my customary 40oz. bottle of Bud Ice I ask if they will "price match" the guy down the street.
