The last I heard on Hank III, he is now into PUNK, which is a shame to me, He is really so much like Sr., looks, voice, attitude. But I know these days it's mostly about money, maybe someday he will return to his roots.

Yes, now that you say that, it rings a bell, have to excuse me as I am kinda old, LOL, I do love his music, and especially his attitude, so much like his grandpa. I saw him live at The Firehouse in Houston, back in 02 I think. My wife and I are disabled, he invited us both to sit with his party next to the stage for the show, and of course a great time was had by all, all night long. I look forward to seeing him again if possible.

all of them have their own styles of music... Hank Williams Sr. was great and played awesome country music. Hank Williams Jr. went from playing his dad's old stuff... but then went on to more southern rock. And Hank III plays great music from both sides of the field and then has his own stuff... he's not trying to be like anyone... he's making his own stuff and playing great classics

I'm not redneck, I'm not from the country. I'm a young city boy army brat asian man with a bad attitude. Hank III like his grandpa and his dad (when his music was good) is real country, even when he's doing his Hellbilly stuff. His music is visceral, inspired and awesome. Screw pop-country, screw mainstream radio. I plan on seeing him when he comes through NC this summer and I suspect I'm going to have damn good time.

The last I heard on Hank III, he is now into PUNK, which is a shame to me, He is really so much like Sr., looks, voice, attitude. But I know these days it's mostly about money, maybe someday he will return to his roots.

Yes, now that you say that, it rings a bell, have to excuse me as I am kinda old, LOL, I do love his music, and especially his attitude, so much like his grandpa. I saw him live at The Firehouse in Houston, back in 02 I think. My wife and I are disabled, he invited us both to sit with his party next to the stage for the show, and of course a great time was had by all, all night long. I look forward to seeing him again if possible.
