  • Love this show.

  • @marshalllucky You have very good english friend.

  • @ThePieCrew1 a few year ago there is these man in my street who look like the grizzerly adems, we contact police but they say they can do NO thing, for these man he has commit no crime :-(

  • Absolute genius.

  • @sveinungj

That's was a dumb phrase, really.

  • Atlantis must be on the moon since that is the only place the goverment could fake the moonlanding!

  • Fake the footage of the fake Moon landing ON THE MOON? What if people found out? xD

  • I hope they do 9/11 Truth next.

  • @sacozone you're an advocate of a moon landing conspiracy theory accusing someone else of being paranoid and or delusional. How amusing.

  • Comment removed

  • @sacozone Nixon took office in January 1969. The Apollo program was adopted as US Government policy in May 1961 - under Kennedy, a Democrat - and the first Apollo contracts were awarded that August. How does that square with Nixon suddenly pulling this thing out of a hat in 68/69 to divert public attention away? Do you honestly expect anyone to take your delusional ravings seriously when your argument's main line of motivation can be destroyed by five minutes' worth of fact-checking on Google?

  • @sacozone You do realise that Apollo astronauts positioned mirrors on the surface of the moon, and that these mirrors have been used ever since to measure the exact distance between the earth and our moon (and how far away it's been getting) by shooting LASER beams at them, right?

Do you also realise that with a strong enough telescope, we can actually SEE all the junk left behind by the Apollo missions?

  • @anglitbrill Heeeey! Calling them mirrors is doing them an injustice! Arrays of retroreflectors, they are! Big white boxes made for reflecting lasers back with a minimum of fuss! Very impressive and high tech (well, I say high-tech.. a pretty big version of a reflector on a bike, anyways). *nods* Not the kind of thing that'd just have bumped into the moon by accident or anything.

Of course aliens might've done it... they play a lot of shit for laughs as I understand.

  • @sphoney True, but i figure that if someone is dumb enough to believe the moon landing is an elaborate hoax, "retroreflectors" is beyond their comprehension. Well put though

  • @anglitbrill Haha, yeah you're probably right. You never know though, it might add weight to the laser reflection argument someday down the line: "they had to be set up, they weren't just launched into the moon" kind of thing. I might be giving people too much credit. :)

  • Ohhhhh...

    Now it all makes sense!

  • she is gorgeous

  • @normanknight100 Troll!!! Troll in the dungeon!!!

  • @10INTM Fat fucking fuck

  • @normanknight100 Excuse me, I think you have me confused with someone who posted something inflammatory. I'm also in incredible shape (my YouTube channel has a link to my public FaceBook account where I've posted photos of myself with my shirt off and you can easily count my abs from about a mile away).

  • @10INTM I have an 8 pack how about that punk

  • @normanknight100 This brings everyone back to square one. What did he say that pissed you off so much and why did you call him fat? All he said was that he liked the sketch and was glad they didn't bother using American accents. Perhaps you got him confused with someone else. How good is your English? Maybe you thought he was saying something else.

  • @normanknight100 ¡Tú eres un maricón porque le quieres a 10INTM!

  • @normanknight100 Are you coming on to 10INTM? I don't think he's interested in you. You sound like some gay guy dropping details about himself under the pretense of pointless insults. That's the only explanation I can come up with for why you're going after him because he literally said nothing that would offend anyone.

  • LOL I was in tears at "...pop to the moon and fake the footage there?"

  • Nice to get some intelligent sketch shows once in awhile

  • lol, after listening to conspiracy theories from my friend all day this just what i needed

  • They should have went with Mars! :D

  • It's funny how the sign in the top left corner says BBCHD while this was clearly recorded with a calculator.

  • NASA NAZI MICKEY MOUSE APOLLO MOONLANDINGS

    LOL :)))

  • @DeadJesus100 So blind and ignorant, even Jesus can't heal you.

  • Sweet Zombie Jesus!

  • And they say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. Genius.

  • @twoverend I thought puns were the lowest forms of wit. Just for.. pun! How punny! A worldwide punomenon!

  • >mfw someone claims that moonlanding actually happened.

  • @DeadJesus100 "who is your monkey god"? What on earth does that mean?

    You, sir, are an idiot.

  • @TheAmaterasu42 who is your god you fucking retard?

  • @DeadJesus100 I don't have one. What I find strange is how you said "monkey god" instead of "god". That's quite a strange thing to say. Besides, why do you care?

All evidence suggests you are probably the retard. Nice try though.

  • @TheAmaterasu42 you are retarded, i said monkey god because you are a fucking monkey.

    Get it fuckhead?

  • @DeadJesus100

    1. No, I'm not retarded.

    2. I'm not a monkey.

    3. I get it: you're a retard.

    4. It's hard to take someone seriously when their IQ is lower than their shoe size. (hint -- someone like you,)

You're really making it easy for me. Up your game.

  • Lol, if stephen fry says it happened, i believe it.

  • americans with british accents.... xD

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS

    English accents.

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS and in FUCKTUBS OF MOVIES other way around. Last one; king's speech. Ma'am as in ham, not palm. WRONG. Helena Carter ur a wonderful actress, but it's not appreciated ur saying the complete opposite of the truth. It IS ma'am as in palm. Britons with american accents. Not appreciated >=(

  • @AngelBiLove: what are you saying? Why is her pronunciation of ma'am wrong?

  • @AngelBiLove

actually it is ma'am as in ham, because it is short for Madam, and you don't pronounce the "a" 's in Madam as you would in palm. It genuinely is Ma'am as in ham

  • @spock101010 No. It isn't! Stop gathering, what you think are- facts from films!

  • @AngelBiLove

"Once you have been presented, you are faced with the question of what to say. The Queen is always addressed as "Your Majesty" on the first count and thereafter as "Ma'am"; according to Buckingham Palace, this should rhyme with jam, not palm."

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS They're not American...

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS Oh wait...Never mind...ignore me...

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS - Yes, what a shocking concept. It's not like Hitler, Julius Caesar or most aliens from outer space incorrectly speak English in most american movies or anything. Actors playing out a story in the language of their audience instead of the language of their characters... preposterous!

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS They make a point never to put on accents cause they think its stupid :L

They make a joke about it in the KKK sketch

  • @asseeninYOURDREAMS must be from, "new england", (lame joke)

  • @cykoaudio777

That only cost 330 million dollars, orders of magnitude less than your 4,000,000 million dollar estimate. NASA's budget is just a drop in the bucket compared to what the US spends killing people for oil. Not only do we benefit from the science that gets done by NASA, but NASA creates thousands of jobs for the economy.

Sure, NASA is often forced to make bad decisions because of politics, but I say we should just get rid of the politicians, not NASA.

  • @retrogamer500 "Killing people for oil"? What is this, 2005? That argument fell out of favor after America DIDN'T plunder Iraq's oil as a lot of us peaceniks predicted would happen.

  • @cykoaudio777 If you think NASA has done nothing but waste money in space you have clearly not done any research on how beneficial it has been to American ingenuity. They've filed over 63,000 patents with the US Patent Dept and can be thanked for items like water filters and memory foam, but also the anti-corrosion coating used on most infrastructure that comes into contact with water, arteriovision which can detect heart problems, and cochlear implants for the deaf among thousands of others..

  • @mlucke17 Let's not forget cordless power tools!

  • @mlucke17 And most definitely do not forget the microchip. Without those, we'd probably still be without consumer electronics, and computers would still be rare, and huge, and expensive, and experimental, and maybe a little more powerful than an ordinary musical greeting card.

  • @cykoaudio777 The GPS system is one of the applications the other commenters somehow missed.

All the knowledge that has been gatherd so far may seem as useless, but it could really pay off one day.

Don't forget that all Newtons laws (and the invention of integrals and differentials) wich enabled an unbelieveble amount of engineering were all invented to explain the earths orbit. You see how unrelevent that was to all its current applications, we are hoping for a simelar thing.

  • lol i hate it when people argue for the moon landing conspiracy and i some how have not much to say to argue against it then i watch this sketch and realize how easy it is to make them look dumb thank you mitchell and webb!

  • @guitarreilly they are mocking Nasa you moron

  • @DeadJesus100 are u fucking retarded dont post this shit to me

  • @guitarreilly piss off freak

  • @DeadJesus100 your just a mess mate

  • Finally TV is admitting Nasa is a FAKE.

    Funny

  • @DeadJesus100 Yeah. That makes heaps and heaps of sense. The government funds a multi billion dollar organization for what reason? To make it seem like we can go to space? Why not use those multi billion dollars to actually go to space? You have no proof that NASA is fake. Just face it. You're another wacko asking for attention.

  • @DeadJesus100 Oh my god, are you actually being serious?

You are. Oh my god, you are actually being serious.

How on earth are we the dominant species on this planet, when we have people like you?

  • @TheAmaterasu42 who is your monkey god?

  • This sketch was faked! It wasn't filmed in a studio, but on the moon.

  • I thought the main reason they supposedly faked the moon landing was simply not having the technology/science to pull it off before Russia, rather than cost.

Still doesn't make a lot of sense though...

  • @E101ification Considering that Russia actually had the space program well-penetrated by spies, and insiders later testified that their space program mostly lost heart after Apollo 11, that's pretty damning evidence. All the hoax believers will offer by way of explanation for the Soviets not exposing the moon landing is some weak stuff about wheat deals, after which they will try to change the subject as quickly as possible.

  • @EGRJ is a propaganda monkey.

Thats the only defence Nasa hoaxtards have that the USSR pretended to track the apollo hoax.

Good one :) Mother whore Russia

  • @DeadJesus100 Everyone, see what I mean about changing the subject? Note how he presents no evidence that Russia *didn't* track Apollo 11, or the 5 subsequent missions to the moon, or even an explanation of why they would settle for wheat instead of blackmailing the US for the rest of the Cold War.

  • @EGRJ USSR did not have the technology to track the Fake Apollo moon landings hoaxturd.

The real question is why would Russia pretend to track fake moon landings when

    they were Americas arch enemy?

  • @E101ification US NWO Govt stole $70Billion from the US taxpayers between

1968-1972 and help finance the vietnam war

    MONEY is god.

Why would the USSR in the height of the cold war say they tracked thae fake apollo 11 mission

even though they did not have the technology to do so?

  • "perhaps we should release the Mars landing footage"...I love the way they slip in another cospiracy theory that completely contradicts the first.

  • @agt155 Nasa did a simulated Mars mission on planet earth a few months ago,

it was news in the media

  • @agt155 Actually, real conspiracy theorists do stuff like that all the time. They say that the WTC buildings on 9/11 fell "in their own footprint", which is "proof" of Controlled Demolition. When it's pointed out that they didn't, they say that the fact that the debris covered such a wide area is proof of explosives. And if you ask them if their first claim was wrong, they ignore you or try to change the subject.

  • @EGRJ is a Shill Troll

    Phil Plaits special idiot.

Building 7 fell down by itself, how is that possible scumbag?

Armstrong the Faker said he never saw stars in cislunar space, how is that possible scumbag?

  • I wonder why can't they do American accents... It would have been better, and more wicked!

  • @deathcall28 * The same reason many American actors cannot do a convincing foreign accent I guess.

  • "So, we're not actually going to make any kind of saving in terms of the cost of a massive rocket?" Totally hilarious. :) "Fake the footage of the fake Moon landing ON the Moon?" Icing on the cake!

  • @thatamazinggeek lol! It's quite the opposite moron. We are the scientists and you are the crooks here.

And by the way can you provide us with a telephone No a name or an address for this" scientific community" you babbling about so we can ask them?It seems they convince a moron like you self but let's see how tough they are the going is actually tough.Until then you might as well shut the fuck up when your president is speaking.

  • @potrodsas you're an idiot, you need to feel special

  • @thatamazinggeek Former USA president Clinton confuses me. Why did he said it was a hoax if it was real?Do you know better than him?

  • Fuel's a cost.

  • It's astonishing there are people around today believing the landings for truth. But I guess planet Earth will always carry a certain amount of fucking morons on its back.

  • @potrodsas ?????? trollolololololololololol

  • @potrodsas

did you even watch the bloody video you idiot?

  • hehehe,this is good satire.

  • Faking a moon landing while landing on the moon. Leo would be proud. WE HAVE TO GO DEEPER!

  • This sketch is dedicated to the many paranoid "truther" conspiracy theorists out there. You people make no god damn sense MOST of the time.

  • @DeadJesus100

Lawl, you can see the bootprints on the moon from earth with a strong enough telescope.

If you're being serious and not sarcastic, you're one of the single most retarded people I've had the displeasure of meeting.

  • @Asperuaca you seem like a rational human being. i like you.

  • aw it missed off the bit about using the mars landing footage -oh we can't use the mars landing footage! unless thats from a different sketch..

  • @weirdlygifted It didn't miss that bit off at all..

  • The camerawork is all over the place. Shame, because it detracts from an otherwise fantastic sketch.

  • do jfk next!!!

  • I always mention that the Russians confirmed the landing, you know, the guys that would have every reason to call it a lie.

  • @Ducilios The secret one world government has many tentacles and they control us by flu vaccines, God its as if you believe the so called ‘truth’

  • Comment removed

  • this is funny, you are all aware of that right? having massive arguments about grammer, and ideology... IT IS A COMEDY SKETCH SHOW! and a rather funny one too, like the diana assassination sketch as well XD

  • There are people who say the Earth is flat. You just can't argue with them.

  • I'm sure that catering budget must have been huge!

  • Five people who watched this video are currently at the store buying more aluminum foil.

  • @VreyOneida

Those tinfoil hats are very stylish you know.

  • @ytmoog I'm opening up my own tin-foil hat shop for conspiracy theorists on Youtube, pls send any potential customers my way!

Oh, and FYI..aluminium's the new tin..and black's the new black!

  • You can tell that the moon landing definitely happened because they set up special reflectors on the moon. With the right equipment, you can send a signal and have it come back to you. Generally the moon is way too far away for that.

  • @TacticusPrime

I have no doubt that the Moon landing was real. However, your particular argument is not a strong one.

The russians did the same thing a year later with the unmanned Lunokhod 1, and again with Lunokhod 2.

  • @joidimo So people claim these reflectors were set up by robots? When there is absolutely no evidence for that? What am I saying, if they cared about evidence then they wouldn't be conspiracy theorists.

  • @TacticusPrime Of course, and that's what they are good at. They demonstrate how a particular piece of evidence could have been faked, and they come up with sketchy non-falsifiable arguments to support their "theory". There are plenty of evidence that the moon landing happened, there is no need to bring up one in particular. To deny all that evidence is about as stupid as to claim that the Earth is 6000 years old.

  • These guys are brilliant at satirizing crazy conspiracy theorists.

  • @bloodstream: Sadly; you cannot. The Apollo astronauts did however leave a rectro prism on the Moon that astronomers can point a laser at and have it reflected back.

  • @bandpitdeviant No they didn't that was simply discovered there. That was left by Aliens.

  • @WillShakespeare2007 Aliens left a rectro prism? Okay!! Any physical evidence or photos of these aliens??

  • @jazzfan5000 Calm down jizzfan5000 it was a joke!

  • Its kinda funny to think that back in the 50-60s, they believed that in the 21st century that manned space travel would be easy and building micro-sized super-computers would be impossible when in fact, manned space travel is still bloody hard and we all are watching this video on computers millions of times more powerful then the computers of tha 50-60s.

  • @CalyxAsgard Actually, from a technical standpoint manned space travel isn't hard at all. It's expensive. Now that there's no direct military carry-over (the initial point of space rockets wasn't to go to space, but to send nukes to the other side of the planet) the only reason to have a space program is scientific exploration. Not a lot of politicians are willing to fund science when there are bigger bombs to invent. :(

  • @deutscherjoel * The trickiest and most costly aspects of 'manned' space travel is keeping the people in the space-craft alive and healthly (physically and mentally), which is why unmanned space-probes are so much more popular these days.

  • @CalyxAsgard This cost needs to be paid even when you fake it. You have to be seen to place the contracts to supply spacesuits and freeze-dried food in a tube or people may notice you're faking it. Likewise you need to send a craft to orbit the moon to send back your pre-recorded radio messages so the signals appear to come from the moon, which they did.

  • @MartinJWillett US NWO GOVT = Nasa stole $70Billion from the US taxpayers to Fake Apollo Missions.

How much do you think the cost of space suits and the rocket blast off was?

  • @DeadJesus100 Get a life.

  • @MartinJWillett Get a lobotomy.

  • @DeadJesus100 do you know the Nazis already landed on the moon at the end of WWII?yeah they're building a big swastika shaped base on the dark side of the moon,it's totally true!they used their big ol' anti-gravity machines to go there!they're just covering it up,those German fascist bastards.you think the US is the country to worry about?!HAH!they're small fry compared to the 4th Reich!

  • @CalyxAsgard good bloody point..one i will steal from now on ;)

  • @CalyxAsgard It's mostly the consumer and military who drove where technology headed. There are no military benefits to a space station beyond GPS and there aren't any worthwhile resources on the moon. On the other hand, computer-aided munitions are alot more accurate than mechanical ones.

If the moon was made of Titanium dust then probably we'd be going around the Solar System by now.

  • @sadhukar

Nazi Nasa is the US NWO GOvt space agency.

All they are interested in is controlling space 300 miles from earth

    and so controlling us.

Moon landings are as believable as Jesus Christ and Santa

  • @CalyxAsgard Rather, manned space flight is unjustifiably expensive for the returns it brings while computational power pays for itself many times over. Hence the standard of development. Aerospace technology hasn't advanced much since the 60s, while electronics has advanced several million fold.

  • @rlinfinity Lol your are excuse are pathetic.

After the apollo hoax since 1973 until 2011 no nasa manned mission

has ever been further than 400 miles from the earth.

    Fake it Like Nasa

    Shit happens

    Have a nice day

    Forrest Gump

    Disney Nasa

  • @CalyxAsgard

In 2008 Nasa spokesman von Hoften said its too dangerous to go back to the moon and mars

    because radiation is not understood.

  • I'm pretty sure one can see the american flag if you've got a decent telescope.

  • @bloodsteam Was that a serious comment? Because there isn't a telescope on (or orbiting) earth that could even pic up that flag as a spec, much less a flag. MAYBE the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, but even then it would be a spec, if it appeared at all. 250,000 miles is a LONG way away.

  • @AurorusTech

Ah yes. I previously understood matters to be such that the flag was visible with current equipment, but I've learned about the dimensions and the abilities of the current equipment since.

  • They need to do one of these for 9/11. That would be #FTW

  • @esotericfilms

Sounds like a job for the long-haired villain guy!

  • im sure there was not even this much planning...!

  • Genius

  • Fantastic, laugh my head of I know someone who thinks they are fake!

  • i love these! have they done the truth movement yet?

  • We can project lasers onto the surface of the moon and detect the indentations the astronauts made when they were there.

  • Sums it up perfectly

  • To the hardened paranoid conspiracy theorist, this just means that Mitchell and Webb (and possibly the entire staff at the BBC) are 'shills' who are in on the 'deception.' Because conspiratards don't care about little things like evidence and plausibility they will never admit they could ever be wrong.

  • These sketches were brilliant! I wish they did ones about climate change & 9/11. It felt like they had more material to explore before the season ended. :-(

  • How boring

  • please jump - do you think people actually read your absurdly long posts?

  • Don't post me another private mesage with a link to your conspiracy bullshit, accompanied with the message "yeah, like Im the only one". I'll repeat my last message - Do you not understand how retarded you sound when you use the ad populum? I already knew you weren't the only one. And by "one" I meant brainless idiot, who is unable to think objectively, doesn't understand the definition of "evidence", and believes conspircy theories because he likes to think he's smarter than "the man".

  • @MrSyrett I warned you not to stop taking your medicine - please try and get some fresh air there is more to life than you tube and telling everyone your an intellectual cripple
