3DS Ambassador Program: 10 free NES games (Japan)

What is bullshit is that ambassadors get all this for free, but Nintendo doesn't put it up for purchase for non-ambassadors. why should ambastards be the only people eligible to receive them at all? because they paid too much for a 3DS? then just give it to them for free, and make us pay, since we were too cheap to buy it at $260. it pisses me off that i couldn't afford the 3ds until a week before the price drop, after i hear about it. I decide to wait a little longer, then they pull this shit.

and, when you download nes games for free on the pc, its illegal unless you own the games legally.

but when you download it on ur 3ds for free because you are an ambassador, then its legal.

It's available for US and JP, not sure about other regions.
