The easiest way to achieve this requirement is to use the follow and wait expression find a guard and drag him along, then go hump anyone and ta-da, it's a lot easier then you think. The reason Adam got the achievement is because he did it right in front of a Bowerstone Market guard.

Yes,

I was 100% pure and good, now im 80% corrupt and evil (needed to unlock all the expresions ^^)

In order to do this:

Go to fairfax and keep killing guards (they spawn close by and are always with 2 or 4)

In order to get good again:

Just keep on donating 10k gold to the temple of light and u will raise with 75 good each time ;-)
