This was blatant screw up by the ref, only thing we can say since we were there is that this was the 18th fight in a row he had been ref'ing, since it was not commissioned, they used 1 ref & there was no lighting truss used, so it was dark as hell underneath the tent, we had to gain up our cameras all the way just to expose an image! @XMMAFANX There is always a delay in the time between someone tapping out and the referee physically stopping that fight. That delay can easily mean broken bones, tendons, etc. Anyone wh denies that they tapped is scum in my opinion as it will lead to more fighters waiting until the referee stops the fight, leading to more injuries (and in the case of a heel hook possibly a career ender).
