I'm not sure if it hurt, I don't think it did. But Chloe can take pain quite well though. She didn't even flinch. It's a thick bit of cartilidge though so I would assume it would hurt a little bit at least. But who knows, I thought my nipples were going to hurt and they were a doddle. Lol. :)
