I had to leave Wales and I miss it so much. Myfanwy is very simple and some say sickly ( especiaaly to women ) Bugeilio'r Gwenith Gwyn , The ash- grove Cwm Rhondda are equally as iconic. There's more to each song than just the tune and lyric . The poetry the internal rhymes (typically Welsh ) The period of first prominence .It's the tunes that capture the soul though

Hi Keudae, I have recently posted Myfanwy on utube and saw your version. I really enjoyed it, but if I may give you some small hints on how to improve your performance. Try playing it a little faster and try to smooth your playing, it is a little jerky at times. I like the way you play the true music including the full harmony.
