@nicloveselmo LOL I wrote that post so long ago, I'm already finished the program. We didn't eat as much cheese as most of the other groups did unfortunately...fortunately? tough call. We had 2 vegans in our group so we tried our best not to have to make 2 separate meals...not much cheese.

In Quebec, we ate cheese curds ALL THE TIME. We would buy a few packages every week, and well in the first day the curds were mostly gone.
