i attack these campaigns because the RTA needs to realise that you can stick to the speed limit and not be distracted and still have an accident under the exact same conditions. So when someone gets behind the wheel after seeing these ads they will assume that every posted speed sign factors in the conditions of the environment, and when they have an accident they will think they have done something wrong when all they did was everything the RTA tells them, so please dont take it personally

@TheRascalKing007 apologies for the late reply (wasn't informed of the reply) but one way to look at this scenario is that you have points of concentration; and as such you spend them in different areas like shifting, watching speedo, headchecks etc. and yes using a phone and drinking can drastically decrease your awareness. I'm simply bringing to light the simple fact that someone doesn't crash because they used a mobile phone; they perhaps need to redraft their hierarchy of priorities
