Well, I honestly can't say that it looks precisly like any animal I know, but the bumps on the back could just be the fact that the skin is so tight on the bones from decomposition that the spine is just pokes out like that. But the hooves and the random tusk... nope, nothing offthe top of my head with that combonation of features. A boar would at least be bigger boned.
