I have no clue what this is. All I know is that it flew in front of the Washington Monument, if that gives you any perspective on its size and speed. Given the motion blur and the high speed, I would estimate that the object is the size of a large car.

AnimationArtist, How can you tell that object was moving at 150 KM per hour? Fist off you have to know the distance from the camera. This could have been a bird or even a fly that flew across very close to the camera. This is one of the most basic ways people fake these videos, is by putting something in the film that looks farther away then it truely is. Myself, I believe in Aliens.
