To end the UK Vs US argument.

England started early 80's metal and America had Thrash Metal + Death Metal.

But for other Metal genres(Folk Metal, Viking Metal, Black Metal, Melodeath) you both suck.

Also, America has Nu-Metal, so they lose, but UK has Metalcore which also sucks. The moral of the story is that you both started it. And other Genres sprung up in Europe.

I'd take a nu Metal band like that over any metalcore band any day.
