PS3 version sucks because the FPS gets horrible sometimes. Same is with XBOX 360 version, only it haves SLIGHTLY better graphics and SLIGHTLY better FPS. PC version FTW because the mods, rockstar social shit, and with good PC the great graphics and great FPS. Though the controls ain't the greatest. Too bad I only own the PS3 version......

I'm using a 50" Flatscreen and I can clearly see the Difference BUT the only reason the PS3 has better Graphics quality is because the Xbox is Older. About the PS3 and X-BOX 360... Well the X-Box has better graphics and a bit better online set-up (friends,downloads,etc.) but you have to pay 50$ every year and that can ba a problem to soem people that don't have credit cards or are underage... PS3 hasn't got the PC nor the X-Box graphics but has better controller,online play is free,controller is better and for me the most important part is IT WONT BREAK! so you save up money...

PC have better performance, in : Maxing out Games Graphics, No 60 Fps Limit like consoles, Now PC can have 16 cores(AMD Opteron), PC can have much more resolution then consoles, some PC can have Free Online(also ps3 but PC is faster), The buildings loads more faster then consoles even with the same settings. It depends on your pc. If u have a sickass pc, pc is better hands down. PS3 is 6 cores with 8gb RAM. xBox is far behind with 3 cores and much less RAM. A computer can have as much as you can afford! Dont be mistaken tho, an intel 'Core i' processor along with many AMD processors will outspeed the 6 core PS3. So the proper order is:

1. PC - Unless its shit

2. PS3

3. xBox
