Personally, I think the song isn't just for people who believe in God (and i'm a Christian). I think it focuses more on wondering how the world came to be so hateful, or how people became so selfish (not that they weren't before). Just because the singer says 'God' doesn't really mean it's about Him.  It's definitively something that i would play to the people of Earth if i had the chance. There's too many meaningful words in this song just to let it be ignored. Deff one of my favorite songs<3
