Bowser has many themes but this one makes him sound more menacing (I also like his Paper Mario 2 theme) since normally he's the king that says he can outbest anyone because of his awesomeness

Yes, Alphadream made it, but so did nintendo. They didn't just throw the rights at Alphadream and say "kgo". That only ever happened with those godawful Zelda games that the third party was able to make due to an oversight.
