  • I use Morton Canning Salt. No vinegar.

    Any Kosher canning salt or just canning salt will do. Just keep the cabbage under the brine. I put a plastic bag over it, then place another clean bucket on top, half filled with water to push it down.

  • what salt do you use? BTW - any vinegar?
