Seriously No Flash...ha ha ha who at Sony makes these decisions and keeps their jobs. And for all of you that think we need to go get a camera for PICTURES the hell with you...I shop for a phone with a great camera so I am always ready to shoot my 6 girls at many of there events. I do not always remember to bring everything....but my phone....haaaaa rarely forget that ! ! ! And another is YES a flash can add greatness to even pictures even during the day..it is not just blackout times !

@RaptureRiddimz Oh I agree with you I feel it is a great phone JUST severly dissappinted no flash...and the way you have to turn on the light=insane not like a place to turn it off and on right in the Pic window...No they placed it deep into settings So really there is nothing to do with this camera in the dark. I took it into the closet at ATT store and it barely gave me a picture with light. Did the same w/Backflip(same LED light)...and it actually flashed and the pic looks AWESOME!

If anyone when I were in my teens that one day we'd have these little gizmo's I'd laugh out loud and call that person a frikken liar and a dumbbell.

I remember when my uncle got himself an old NMT-phone, with the weight and build of like three-four bricks. With todays mini-phones, there'd be over 60 such on one of those. In-frikken-sane, really! (3 by 3 (X*Y), times 7 (Height, Z-axis), and that's just an estimate! Perhaps even more smaller ones?

There is no flash. Just a light. If you are buying this phone due to the 8mp camera don't expect a flash - there isn't one. There is plenty of instructions in the user guide on what to do with the non existant flash!!?? This has been confirmed in an email from Sony Ericsson.

A little false advertising by Sony Ericsson here. There is no flash. Why would you provide an 8mp camera with no flash!!!?? There is a light which is next to useless. All of their user guides talk about a flash but stop looking folks - I have a confirmation email from Sony Ericsson - there is NO FLASH. Smart thinking Sony Ericcson??!!

Like video 3 times press. It's a light not a flash. You can turn it on before you take a picture. Not capable to send a contact via SMS, only Bluetooth. Uploading pictures to facebook with built in facebook app pictures are really small. You'll need to use an app called BFF to upload decent size pics.

Other than that (so far) the browser is great. You can use the full site of facebook and even the chat function. You'll need a google account to sync your contacts, etc... no Outlook sync.

I was a bit annoyed that there was no front camera.. the Orange website said it had 'Video Calling' in it's overview which was part of the reason why I wanted to have it -__- ..

If u read the official article on SE's site about x10 says that Multi-Touch is not supported by HARDWARE of the device not SOFTWARE ... so EVEN if u upgrade to Android 2.1 from 1.6 still you WON'T have multitouch .... even if u upgrade to Android 1000000000000000000 u still won't have a multitouch this is NOT a multitouch device! :) Kisses!

Guy you don't get it, the camera is probably amazing during the day but like when you're out and about during the evenings that flash isn't strong enough to get decent photos, which is a shame, cause this could have been the perfect all in one device for me.

This is one of the complaints I hear about handsets over and over, and I just don't get it. If you want a good quality camera, here is a little advice - GET A CAMERA!!

This is a handset, or a smart phone if you will and any additional features should be considered a bonus. Plus, there are plenty of other hand-sets which have camera capabilities as one of their main features.
