Due process does not apply to the Secret Service while they are performing duties of protecting the President. You have to give such things to a staffer (security check, x-ray, polymer tests, so on and so forth) in order to get it to the president. The equivalent would be if you were at work, doing your job perfectly, and 4 SS agents came, forced you to the ground, cuffed you, and carried you off for no reason other than the President was coming to your office. It's called Aggravated Assault and it IS a felony. He may be a SS agent, but having no proof or cause, should still be charged.

Due process does not apply to the Secret Service while they are performing duties of protecting the President. They probably suspected her of using her press status to get close to the president in order to try to approach him or some stupid shit. People try it ALL THE TIME. They asked her some questions which made them get suspicious of her intentions. These laws are in place for very good reasons.

You have to give such things to a staffer (security check, x-ray, polymer tests, so on and so forth) in order to get it to the president. You can't just stand there and wave a letter at him, expecting him to walk up and take it from you. Unfortunately she was under the impression if she just sat down, things would work out! It was the discretion of the secret service that was unconstitutional. She posed no threat and was certified by government officials to be there, and most definitely checked for weapons or devices of any kind. She agreed to have the SS agent stand next to her for surveillance and protection of the President.

The equivalent would be if you were at work, doing your job perfectly, and 4 SS agents came, forced you to the ground, cuffed you, and carried you off for no reason other than the President was coming to your office. It's called Aggravated Assault and it IS a felony. He may be a SS agent, but having no proof or cause, should still be charged.

I applaud the Secret Service for what they do, they are not your average street cops. This lady should have cooperated with them from start to finish, they are working for the President and thats who they represent. Im sure if the President was there she would not have pulled that childish tantrum. Have some self respect Rev. Lee, we are long from the days of the Civil Rights Movement-what you did was out of line.

they have proven they can rig the voting system Just as Adolf Hitler,Stalin, Amin and more have done. as our forefathers have had to come to the same conclusion revolution is the only answer when oppression occurs I swore to protect the constitution from Foreign Or Domestic threats and unfortunately I See Revolution is necessary to remove the threats to our freedoms in the white house we have been invaded and now are conquered by our own government
