  • dun get a muscular face. It looks awful.get a young thin face by avoiding fat source

  • bent over rows or any type of rows

  • bad form

  • Nice idea!

  • Nick Tumminello recommends using longer straps so that the forearms are more parallel at the beginning of the pull and so, less need to push the wrists/forearms outwards during the pulling. Therefore the ability of the forearms to radiate out from the elbows isn't a limiting factor.

  • @thoughtheglass

ya i wan a muscular face.. !! would supplements effect, m chewing bubble gums all day.. may b it works

  • LMFAO MUSCULAR FACE FTW

  • @vjlord

    it'll destroy your teeth : D

  • is ther any exercise which effects on face.. hav a thin face.. :(

  • @vjlord

your face width is determined by your skull. But getting more muscular will change the way your face looks, as it will likely be leener and benefit from all the Tand HGH floating around in your blood.

Plus if your face muscles get strong enough you can pull really amazing faces

  • @vjlord headbanging

  • Great exercise. Do it on shoulder days.

  • WTF!!! Craig looked loads younger in the Bodyweight challenges... where they just old videos?

  • I just think most people look like hell after they do the work out this guy seems to come up with. Makes sense that he would do them twice as hard as everyone else.

  • Im on about age. HE LOOKS OLDER.

  • He looks older because of the hair. He needs to keep it buzzed or just shave it all off.

  • There are far better posterior delt/mid-trap exercises than this. Craig performs it as best he can, but the rope itself compromises the movement. Because it forces the hands toward the body's midline (toward the chest) as he pulls, the rope does not allow for the full retraction of the shoulder blades, nor the full motion of the rear delt without shifting the pull to the biceps. Bodyweight rows are a far more efficient and functional means of exercising the posterior delt and mid-trap muscles.

  • I love that exercise. it really hits the back shoulders!

  • it says this was recorded in 2005 with a flip camera? is that right, have they been out that long?

  • I'd wondered what those were.

  • thats not crazy at all it is a great exercise
