This is soo amazing! Brilliant editing and although Henry may not always have been the most doting father, you truly showed that he really did love his children! Also thanks for including Henry Fitzroy. Poor guy gets forgotten in all this but in reality he came before any of the others.

@terrier2468 You know despite what English history depicts of the King, he was gentle when it came to children especially his own, and yes he loved his children all three of them..but when Mary and Elizabeth became older he had no choice but to declare them illegitimate and unfit to rule..but when Jane Seymour came to marry the King she went out of her way to make sure the daughters of Henry were reinstated to the throne..and Elizabeth made her father proud in heaven.

@xariesgirl78x he was a truly loving man and father in private amongst those who saw the real him..he may have been named a heretic and a adulterer but he was also a father, a husband to his dear wife Jane and a no non-sense King when it came to matters of his country.

This is probably the best Tudors video I've seen. I love the scenes between Henry and Mary, when he's holding Edward and cradling those cute little babies. :) Your editing and the song mirroring the clips really showed the emotion and the love Henry had for his children. sorry, its confusing, I featured two of Henry's sons, the first - Henry Fitzroy, Duke of Richmond, the illegitimate one by Elizabeth Blount, predeceased Henry VIII, died from tb (probably) at I think 18...though the tudors portrays him as dying much younger, in season 1. The second son I featured was born much later, in 1537 and died in 1553, at the age of 15, having reigned for 6 years after the death of Henry.

Henry Fitzroy, his illegitimate son by Bessie Blount, died at the age of 17 or so, probably from TB, but in the tudors they have him die aged like 6, from 'sweating sickness'. Edward VI, his legitimate son died from TB in 1553, aged 16, having assumed the throne in 1547. His son Henry by Catherine of Aragon also died within weeks of his birth on 1st January 1511. He died suddenly, and I have no idea what of, but death in infancy was really common back then...hope that helps.
