I own the blackberry curve 8530 on virgin mobile and I love it! It would be great if it did have flash for the camera but all in all its a great phone.

@chichiuaw123juicemi theyre pretty much the same, except the 8520 is GSM Based (SIM) and the 8530 is CDMA (No SIM) It just depends on the carrier which one will carry what, theyre essentially the same phone

Telus is being ridiculous. I had the LG Voyager and it was sent in and came back clicking and now my hinge broke off so im getting a blackberry so that hinges wont be a problem. I hope that I like it!

blackberyy is canadian made, which means quality. but im not a big fan of it, in my opinion its a bit overpriced, and does not do anything special. i dont need to be on facebook while on the road. i make 450$ a day 5 days a week, and all i hae is an lg venus, which i got for free for being a long term pay as you go customer...i have my ipod touch 3r gen 32 gig if i need to do all that e-mail, music garbage...but its ironic the lg venis has a better camera then this blackberry curve and its free

@huntac13 i would recommend this phone. There have been reports of a lot of people having problems with their storm because it may not be responsive. The blackberry curve is a better phone because you can text faster and it is more responsive and at a lower cost. Its only a low cost because its made of plastic and it uses a EVDO instead of Wi-Fi. I recommend this phone.
