  • Awesome technique bro, i will use it on some exercises. If you like this one then you would also like the one called REST PAUSE. You rep to failure, rest for 5-10 seconds, rep to failure again, rest for 5-10 seconds... and keep repeating until you cant do any more reps.

  • @Fazioenterprise That's a great technique as well. I usually do that when I'm practising for my 100 push ups in a row.

  • Hi Jerome. Do you make any exercises right before you wake up? If yes, what kind of exercises...

  • @masterph200012345678 Right before I wake up, I'm asleep :) I guess you meant to ask if I did exercises when I wake up. The answer is no, I got 16 hours a day to plan my workouts in, why would I do it when I just got out of bed when I haven't been eating and feel tired. First eat your meals, work out later.

  • @jlvi13 I meant after, not before :). Some say that exercising in the morning after you wake up and drink some water, it would energize you for the rest of the day a lot more. I never tried that. Thanks.

  • @masterph200012345678 It will actually make you more tired. Your bloodsugar level is low when you wake up, you're hungry and feel weak. The last thing you should do is working out. First you always need some food when you wake up.

  • @jlvi13

what about if you were to eat first, wait a bit, then do exercises/cardio?

  • @KhakiKoala Wait a bit as in 90-120 minutes. Yeah, that sounds good :) Don't work out on empty or full stomach! That should answer your question.

  • @jlvi13 Good thing school's over in a week, wouldn't have time for that every other day otherwise haha, thanks!

  • It burns, so much. How should you breath when doing push ups?

  • @TheeAverageAsian Breath in when you're in starting position (on the top and when going down) and out during the active movement (when you are pushing up). This is basicly the same for every exercise you'll do.

  • your workouts are terrific. And your body is perfect.

  • What is strength endurance exactly? Im new to working out.

  • @EWOKakaDOOM That is simply put how long you can do a strenght exercise like push ups or pull ups. It's different from strenght which is the maximum force you can deliver basicly. That is something like bench pressing 200 pounds.

  • great video bro! Thanks for all the help.

  • awsome idea

  • Very nice video as always Jerome

  • great channel!! could u please give me a tip how do build the inner upper chest.

i ve been doing a lot of bodyweight conditioning and strenght etc and my chest looks good except the inner part of the upper chest that looks very flat, almost if there s a hole inside:P

  • @peugeotarto Do some inclined dumbbell flys and incline bench pressing and see if it helps. If not, then that's most likely just the anatomy of your body.

  • very good thx helpfull

1:24 wow your neck is very muscular
