i play this game with very high hopes being a huge fanatic of survival horror videogames and this game turned out to be shit. the controls are clumsy the combat system sucks and this game doesn't even scare you at all. it's not even that gory or bloody. don't play it at all.

I myself, didn´t find it to be scary, and it isn´t even intended to be scary.

Sure its gorey and your girlfriend might jump when some stupid dude doesn´t figure out the trap and dies horribly, but SAW always was some kind of thriller for me.

It´s a particulary interesting story about choices, wraped around traps and puzzles that turn its victims into bloody mud if not solved properly, to keep the people horrified...

But frankly, horror is a head thing, i saw "Martyrs" and "Insight" and just because they are praised for their gore and tense athmosphere, its just a slaughter fest that didn´t shock me in the slightest...

Yeah, being able to create your own traps and putting them online for others is a pretty good idea. And I agree, combat will be hard to back-up within the story. The way I see it is that the whole point of Saw is that one must self-mutilate in order to survive. But if it's only a video game, then it won't be a tough choice to make.
