Miss jo , There are many bad things about desalination plants. they are very expensive to use, and also let off a lot of carbon emissions which damage the ozone layer. The government spends a fortune on the chemicals needed to desalinate the water, then they discharge all the waste back into the ocean which can kill and damage the marine life

The workers stayed back after work to do the Zumba and there was no cost to taxpayers! So I'd say that this clip has nothing to do with timeline or taxpayers and I think Victorians will like it! By the way, did you vote for us?
