Squat is wrong, when he is coming up, he'd come up butt first not chest first, He is holding the bar incorrectly behind his neck, his elbows should be out.

some of us dont wanna be buff. we just want to be very cut and lean. STRONG! =) buff ass muscles contain lots of fat...some of us dont want that...therefor we do ALOT of reps with not too much weigh....so ppl down there stop talking shit about ppl in videos who dont lift as much as u do.
Some big strong guys have a slightly higher body fat percentage, but You can have huge muscles and a very low body fat percentage. Muscle does not have any fat in it... ever
Same reps for all exercises doesn't make sense, no way someone could do 15 reps for push press or bent row with the same weight they just squated for 15 (in my experience). the reps should be reflextive of the exercise or the exercises should be similar in demand.
@elfrankothetanko yeh but I think what he's trying to go for is ease of doing it without changing weights everytime. Therefore this actually works quite well for people who want to do it back to back without any rest in between, hence the aspect of interval training
Changing the weights shouldn't be an issue but I would generally design them so the reps reflect the exercise, so maybe push press for 15, barbell row for 10, alternating lunges each side for 12-15.........
Get over yourself people try putting 30 pounds on each side and do that, this buddys just showing you what you can do. This is a damn good workout I actually do this in my boxig workout

I'm working on just that very kind of programme. I'm currently training for my first video. Look out for 10 ultra wide grip chins, then 300lbs bench for 5 reps then 300lbs squat for 5 reps. No rest in between sets or rounds for 5 rounds. I think I call it Crossfit for bodybuilders or Powerbrute BeastMode work out!!!!

Its simply used to promote proper form for when they start to use the actual barbell, not for the added 2 pounds of resistance. ;)
