They were going to put it on xbox 360 but square enix originally intended the game to be cross platform with pc, ps3, and xbox 360 users but micosoft didnt like the fact that they were going to share the servers with ps3 and they wanted there own private servers. Square Enix and Microsoft couldnt come to an agreement so they are not putting it on xbox 360. But the pc and ps3 versions will be crossplatform with each other.

I just wonder when someone will make the Ultimate MMO. This has the graphics in both characters and environments. SWTOR looks like it has great story, voice acting, and gameplay. But there needs to be something that has all those things plus great group instances and enough interesting quests that you never have to grind.
