Hey have you ever been a victim of physical abuse? if you have then you will know that someone calling you stupid or an idiot is nothing compared to the pain you feel physically. With verbal abuse all you have to do is to walk away and choose not to listen and you wont even care what the person is saying. Of course if you have a low selfesteem, lack confidence and you actually care what people say bother and ruin your day then i guess it could be about the same.

She is addressing a real problem, and people that comment to insult people and make fun of them and say that that person is plain out wrong. Well thats wrong. People are allowed to have their opinion, don't tell them their opinion is wrong. Let them speak. Words hurt just as bad as physical maybe worse. Wounds heal but words can leave "mental" scars.\
