this is a very good technic , but i know something even easier. if u have long hair , just take the end of ur hair and shake it . that way most of the dandruff comes out . thats how i took mine of . hope this helped ! :)

I had dandruff for about 7 years. All of a sudden I don't. You be the judge. It took me 2 weeks to beat dandruff. I eliminated pastry from my diet. I believe dandruff shampoos treat only the symptoms.. I don't use dandruff shampoo anymore. It is incredible. Now I eat hemp cereal, honey, apple sauce instead of pastry. It was so bad that I thought I had seborrhea.
