This is a very well written letter. Unfortunately, I don't think the CEO would listen to it. Now, were you to go into the idea that lowering the price of the drug would allow more people to purchase it and thus maximize profit in the long run, that would have been something he might of listened to. However, I think you made very good points and were very calm and business like about it. TL;DR: 10/10, would read letter again.
