the things we complain about...next time...go to a person on the street, they can sell you a stamp and they probably won't even charge you. Carrs and other larger stores and even smaller stores only sell them by the book...if they started opening them up and just selling one at a time, they would haev to keep selling them that way...I know it may not make sense to us...but try owning a business and it might...trying to keep track of that kind of stuff.
That's strange; Carrs grocery stores have been consistently nice. I'm an Alaskan, but I moved to the lovver 48's. I really miss it! Palmer's also a nice tovvn; it's in the Mat-Su Valley, so they have avvesome cabbage there! haha.
Yes I know, I live in Palmer myself, I just don't see the logic in not being able to buy one stamp by it's self, you can where I come from.I did not want to stand in a line in the Post Office, it would have made so much simpler to be able to buy one stamp in the store.

Welcome to alaska, we can only sell stamps in bulk, by the way you were roughly a half mile from the post office where you can buy single stamps.
