You can kill that Rose bitch, but she's, well, a bitch to kill. On hard I used 5 first aid >_>

i put mines on a dead body and throw the body at a big daddy. instant kill :D

It's true! lol... If you put like 4 proximity mines on a dead big daddy and throw it at another big daddy, it kills him in one shot. It's better than 4 proximity mines on an explosive tank, which only brings him to 1/4 health.

You'll find a few in the early stages of the game in safes, in that locked room in the medical pavilion near the Speedy Hacker (I think) tonic, and later in the game you can buy them at vending machines or make them at U-Invent machines.

i rescued the 3 sisters.....but when i go to the fishery it says i havnt rescued them all?? ive followed all the daddys and no more sisters can be found????

Yeah it said that for me in some levels too (on 360 right?). Just ignore it. If you press start and it shows you dealt with every little sister in the level, then you have.

Might be a glitch, I'm not sure, but just ignore it anyway.

Also, I rescued FOUR little sisters in this level. There's a glitch where a fourth big daddy and sister spawn, and it doesn't affect the end result (except you get the achievement for dealing with every little sister one little sister early), and you get more adam.

If you rescue the fourth glitch sister, than the game will say you haven't got them all. This is because the game scans the code to see if youve got all 3. However, you have four, and 4 is obiously not 3, so it says you missed one.

It's easier to just use electrobolt and let the rocket turret do its job. It's not very sporting for the big daddy though.

I actually killed "Rose" down on the "torture chamber" using the barrels next to the corpse, along with the rocket launcher. After I looted her body I got 1 slicer organ, 2 automatic hacks and some money

She harvests the adam for idk who but she gives it to the big daddys

They don't give them to the big daddies. They drink it. You can see them do it in a few of my videos. The girls produce the adam, it is extracted from them by Fontaine Futuristics for the plasmid creations.

Rose, for information purposes is hell of a hard one on MEDIUM even. But, if you manage to kill her she drops two auto hack tools, 3 eve hypos and 1 splicer organ.

Oh and use the same strategy as the big daddies if possible, on Medium it takes 1 barrel to kill her, probably take 2 in HARD.
