I totally agree with you. I dont think its impressive if you go 100-0 but get the lose i think the reason to play objective is to play the objective. If you want kills then go to tdm. You play however you want but just make sure you win

For me it depends. If everyone does one thing, I'll do the other. If our team has all three flags in Domination, I'll go for kills. If we only have one flag, I'll go for objective.
to the people who worry about K/D, I ask you, what's your win/loss ratio? I used to worry about K/D and I would rage quit all the time. And because host migration used to count as a loss in the early game, my win/loss is .72. Now, I couldn't give a FUCK how many times I die, just so long as I manage to keep people off the damn flag.
I very much agree with you. I think demo can be either the most fun or most frustrating. A well fought demo match is really amazing, probably the most fun game type for me. When you're on either end of a spawn camp, it really really sucks.

Dominate, Seriously I hate when people play an Objective based game and only go for kills. The only time I think you can is if everyone else taking care of the objective and you have 1 or 2 guys killing.
Playing against decent players is the best way so we just stomp on the crappy players in the hope good ones turn up. Other than that, when ghost, corner warmers piss us off in objetive games, we come in to demo games and just run the big kill streaks to vent some rage.
killwhoring near a bombsite in Demo isn't ideal but you can argue they ARE playing the objective, albeit accidentally, by stopping/protecting plants. it's Dom where the trouble arises.
i've watched so many guys spend a full 15 minute game sat NEAR a flag without ever actually interacting with it. they killwhore their faces off and then sit and watch whilst teammates try to solo cap to get the lead back, often costing their team the win.

See this is what you do in demo-First you have to plant 1 bomb or let enenmy plant 1 bomb depends if your defending or attacking first round. Then you want to win that round, either planting the second bomb or defending second bomb. Next you do the same thing but let them win that round. Third round you do the same thing also but win the game and get 200+ kills :)!!
My personal opinion is that I LOVE the objective based games offered by Black Ops. However, the method of doing the objectives defers from person to person. You're absolutely right.. if it's used by good players in an attempt to play the game. Too many times I've been killed by a camper with Ghost sitting in the corner the whole match. ^Wrath is using it like you should use it - by running around and killing people.

Yes, they are annoying but complaining about someone who is easy to kill and is most likely at the bottom of the leaderboard is stupid. It's annoying to get that death by them, but it's not like they are hard to flush out.

@PartyInTheCAeh I used to get mad at stupid shit in COD and ended up not playing it for a while because of it. I came back to it eventually because I have a lot of fun playing it, but it's not fun when you're getting yourself worked up over nothing. There are a lot of bad players in the game, and they use dumb tactics, but you'll get a lot more enjoyment out of the game if you learn to brush to stupid shit off.
@tecknogyk I sold my Black Ops 3 weeks ago. In that game I couldn't brush it off, I'd just go off and get mad at it. For some reason I can do that in Modern Warfare 2, just brush off the noob tubers with OMA and danger close pro. Although I still rage quit from time to time :)

everytime i play demolition i spawn trap. thats why my spm is so high. I'm ranked in the top 2500 in the world all time. I go in to a lobby with a full 6, we average over 150 kills a game. Pretty easy. My kd is 4.20 and I plan to keep it up! add me eViLxKushPack
My friends and I play demo both for kills and wins. We'll drop a round just to get another round for kills, but we rarely lose, and in the last round, winning is priority if we're in a pinch. There's definitely a way to achieve both a win and a high score.
@akoolguynamedme I'm saying we focus on the objective when the game is on the line. I don't think its as clear cut as some people think it is (team player/kill whore). If my friends and I set up to have the game go into a third round, we can unleash killstreaks saved up, and go for the objective. We do need to focus on the objective to make it go to a third round, just maybe on defense we allow them to plant to extend time, then shut them down with dogs and whatnot.
Playing objective means to do the objective. I am not a strong player with just KD i suck my average KD is below 1 .Hence y i play demo and domination and all of those kinds of games. Since my team is not impacted by my KD means that i can actually be of some use overall by defending or being on offense. I do find it annoying people play these just like they are FFA or TDM and i get bitch at because i planted the last bomb and it blew up or i captured the last flag...
@AK474000 i agree with you, but if your one of those players who will go 1-25 and just go for the objective, then u are allowing the other team to stack up killstreaks which may prevent your team from having the ability to go for the objective.
@circask8er002 Hence why i say either defend or go on offense. I tend to keep away from running and gunning. hanging around an objective keeps my KD in a more reasonable area, or if that doesn't work i get kicked anyway so it works out.
i play demolition by the map. say its firing range, then my team will be pointed towards planting one bomb then getting a spawn trap going. if its on a map like array, we end it instantly. i like spawntrapping and not playing the objective as a team is in a sense teamwork. sure we dont play the way treyarch meant, but i find that it doesnt effect anyone but us when we do play to spawnkill.
@Alex21JMU well the only time that spawn trapping truly works is against bad players and either way they dont have a chance against a full team of more experienced players
@forgeron30 He wasn't camping re re, ghost and suppressors make the game stealthy and fun if you don't just sit in a corner. He is using it to get to the objective quickly. btw bitching about the same damn thing in call of duty for 7 months=you're an ass wipe.

@tecknogyk I sold my Black Ops 3 weeks ago. In that game I couldn't brush it off, I'd just go off and get mad at it. For some reason I can do that in Modern Warfare 2, just brush off the noob tubers with OMA and danger close pro. Although I still rage quit from time to time :)

Me and a friend always play Demolition and we always go for the objective, take a bomb each and finish that game quickly and effectively.

everytime i play demolition i spawn trap. thats why my spm is so high. I'm ranked in the top 2500 in the world all time. I go in to a lobby with a full 6, we average over 150 kills a game. Pretty easy. My kd is 4.20 and I plan to keep it up! add me eViLxKushPack

My friends and I play demo both for kills and wins. We'll drop a round just to get another round for kills, but we rarely lose, and in the last round, winning is priority if we're in a pinch. There's definitely a way to achieve both a win and a high score.

@akoolguynamedme I'm saying we focus on the objective when the game is on the line. I don't think its as clear cut as some people think it is (team player/kill whore). If my friends and I set up to have the game go into a third round, we can unleash killstreaks saved up, and go for the objective. We do need to focus on the objective to make it go to a third round, just maybe on defense we allow them to plant to extend time, then shut them down with dogs and whatnot.

Playing objective means to do the objective. I am not a strong player with just KD i suck my average KD is below 1 .Hence y i play demo and domination and all of those kinds of games. Since my team is not impacted by my KD means that i can actually be of some use overall by defending or being on offense. I do find it annoying people play these just like they are FFA or TDM and i get bitch at because i planted the last bomb and it blew up or i captured the last flag...

@AK474000 i agree with you, but if your one of those players who will go 1-25 and just go for the objective, then u are allowing the other team to stack up killstreaks which may prevent your team from having the ability to go for the objective.

@circask8er002 Hence why i say either defend or go on offense. I tend to keep away from running and gunning. hanging around an objective keeps my KD in a more reasonable area, or if that doesn't work i get kicked anyway so it works out.

i play demolition by the map. say its firing range, then my team will be pointed towards planting one bomb then getting a spawn trap going. if its on a map like array, we end it instantly. i like spawntrapping and not playing the objective as a team is in a sense teamwork. sure we dont play the way treyarch meant, but i find that it doesnt effect anyone but us when we do play to spawnkill.

@forgeron30 i disagree... using ghost and suppressor AND sitting in a corner camping is homo. He was clearing moving around. I dont have a problem with it at all. And no i dont use this setup... im primarily Flak jacket pro + SOH pro + Marathon pro. Yes, i rush alot.
