Thanks you all for your help=) I finally got it to work, by repair fsx. I was missing alots of files in the effect-folder.

BTW, plz SUb and enjoy my videos. I will return as soon as I can with a DL-link, cause many people want this.

Run your fsx-installer,, choose "repair", and go.

(I dont use REX, so i dont know what to do with it:S)

Try to update yours videos drivers and configure graphic options

It looks like something happens to your "fx_tchdwn" file. Check if you still have it in your Effects folder. Or you have to use your FSX dics to repaire the missing file!

seeing your other FSX videos.you're smoke effects seem to be normal in broad daylight. you don't see white smoke effects at night in FSX just like in real life. i believe you landed just when the sun was about to set in this video.but still, you are seeing smoke effects (black ones) in your case, that's coz some video cards they don't support much color variation OR it was just too dark already for FSX to render the white smoke effects when you touched down which would make it look funny.

Differing effects are usually down to problems with the installation, either through poor pc power, or lack of sufficient harddrive space. I would uninstall the add-on, along with any others you may have, before clearing your comuter of any unnecessary files, and then reinstall. A fault in the graphics card is also a possibility, so a new and more powerful one should be another effective solution.

You can replace your effects, or update your systems drivers. You can also uninstall some recent addons(or reinstall them). Another option is double checking display settings in fsx. If all fails, yeah, reinstall the game. Hope that helps.

this is normal in some cases...you touch down way too hard so the friction melted the tire...lol, only joking...just download a new touchdown effects from the internet, free ware or payware, then your sorted, or just switch to fs2004 for better performance and more graphics detail "Eye Candy"

looks funny xD ... something from with the smoke texture. =( reinstall fsx or download fx_smoke.bmp from the internet.

Omg, you dont have to reinstall fsx :/ download from internet or the cd this file and put it & overwrite the one in textures folder, than it's normal again

search for

/Effects/texture/fx_smoke.bmp

My friend, have the same problem. You needed to reinstall your FSX
