@PebblesnBambam005 I Have the same problem i fiqured how to get no 31 ill explain: first go to the train station at the airport when you reach the top go towards the "Fly Us" Building which is opposite of the train. when you get there next to the circle ledge jump and you should land. then go over and climb on the circle ledge. when you done that climb on the ledge that the FLYUS Sign Is On Then left is a little dropping climb that and you will be on the roof go straight until

The best way to not miss one, you kill 10, and then save, kill another 10, and then save, and keep doing that over and over until you get all of them.

@guasto47 If you haven't figured out how to get up there yet just dial 3595550100 on your phone in the game and it should spawn a helicopter and you can fly up there. I don't know how you get up there without a helicopter though.

Im not sure if i've missed one in 1-50 but from comparing his pigeons left i have always 1 more added on eg. It says for him 149 flying rats left in Liberty City.... for me i have 150 flying rats left in liberty city... have i missed one or is it that there is a mistake in the video?

to all of you find pigeons here r some tips:

1. use a rpg, it will let you skip a lot climbing and shit with it splash damage (also it hilarious to explode pigeons)

2. shoot out of ur car...

3. use a helicopter, especially on the last island

4. cheats are fine, so make sure to get the other achievements! because killing 200 pigeons w/o cheats, well lets just say niko should have probably stayed back home

5. (last one) MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT MISS A SINGLE PIGEON!!!

Is there really any other way to get to #31 than a helicopter? Every time I try to find the stairs some people are talking about, I get a "four star surprise" all of a sudden when I least expect it and not even with the best of my ability, while searching under the pressure of four stars, have I been able to find the stairs.

If you use a Helicopter to land on the tower for 30 you can easily kill the pidgeon and no cops will go after you then you can spawn another Helicopter for your quick escape
