@DarkSideFab yes you can change out the sprockets but you would also need something like a speedo healer in order to make correction to the speedo. On top of that from when he was on it to when he started to slow down was to short of a distance for him to be doing 120. I would say prove it.

also by changing the gears if you go with more teeth you get more low end and a lot less speed.. With less teeth you are slower of the line about have more top end but takes much longer to get to it.

traction. the taller your tires are the more traction you get, which is why tractors have huge tires. i see you have dirt bikes, quads, and a rzr. nice, i like all of them. however, if you have those you should know how gearing works. it works EXACTLY the same as tire size. the taller the tires, the faster you will go, but the less torque you have. vise versa with smaller tires. that's why dragsters have such big tires. more traction, and more speed.

you are talking about multiple things, traction is one thing torque is another and speed is another. YES taller tires give you more torque, wider tires have a larger foot print and give you more traction...but in turn creates drag AND harder for the motor to spin large tires than it is small tires, and speed, once again thats why there are small "bicycle" tires on dragsters, they create less drag but less traction.

wrong in so many ways. first, taller tires gives you less torque, but more speed. shorter tires give you more torque, but less speed. taller tires, as well as wider tires, have more area touching the ground, so you get better traction. smaller tires on a dragster in the front is yes because of drag. it is harder to turn bigger tires, however smaller tires would just wind out your engine anyway. but who cares on a dragster? they have huge engines more than capable of spinning the tires.
