Just install some switchback bulbs on my TL but now i have a fast blinker.. I ordered some load resister but how do u install it? Does it matter what type of resister i use? Thanks

Type 1 alternates white and amber when the turn signal is applied

Type 2 only the amber flashes when the turn signal is applied.

As long as the turn signal is amber then it should be legal. I have a Corvette Z06 that uses the front turn signals as daytime running lights and it is so annoying to have a beautiful blue car with yellow lights on all the time so I want to pick up a pair of switchbacks.

You could even go as far as to have clear housings with custom clear bulbs, just as long as they burn amber when they are on and still be legal.

ok i have a 2007 tl-type S and tried to get white lights for the fog lights and they dont fit. Are the tl lights diff then the tl-type S lights?

yeah, google for car lamp replacement, and on the first one, pick your car year and type, it should tell you what kinda bulb your need.

no its not dumb if it looks good. i have a 04 TL and i think having angel eyes would be sick. them shits arent cheap either man. granted the TL isnt the fastest car out there, but it looks damn sweet. dont hate because you are prob the one with the neon with the cheap leg angel eyes you got from autozone.

They should be level... did you ever try removing your headlight? I know that when people clear or black out their headlights, they have to remove the headlight to bake it in the oven... but other than that, it should come level stock.

my TL's headlight is kinda slanted down on the driver's side, its not the same as the passanger side, the driver's side is lower, is ur TL like that too?

No, most if not all TL's driver side are slanted a bit down as to not blind oncoming traffic. So your headlights are normal, his aren't... Just a safety precaution they have I guess.

You can't really see the angel eyes in the video because of poor quality and because it's way too dark and the bezel rings are way too bright. The angel eyes, switchback leds, and installation of 6000K Kaixen HID bulbs took 16+ hours
