@Shado4triS Hi mate, this is in the soundtrack of The movie "I heart Huckabees". Look for "I heart Huckabees monday end credits song". There's also "I heart Huckabees extended theme song" that sounds like this.
vraiment nice! belle forme. Je veux comencer les handstands à une main, mais je dois avoir un meilleur alignement de mon corps avant. Petite question, est-ce que la flexibilité des jambes aide beaucoup pour balancer à une main?
@ilegrow Thanks for commenting.I began playing with handstands in the summer of 2007 and got more serious around September 2008 after recovering of my dislocated and broken elbow that I got in April 2008 due to a parkour accident.
@vinceconditioning So it literally took you what, a year to learn to do one handed HS? Jeez! After 2 months of hard practice i posted a vidoe of the absolute best i can do, no where close to you...hahah! but. The dislocated shoulder i had a while back hinders me sometimes, but Its reassuring to know that if i train as hard as i am now that i will get better quicker. Keep the vidoes up man!
"I'm trying a new exerice that consists in switching arms, right and left, one after the other. This is good in case I want to do an act some day. Who knows... Next step is to incorporate different positions. Sorry for the bad quality but it was dark in my appartment and I had to use a high iso. Thanks for watching" <<all of that? 'That's what she said' and good video :D
Very very inspiring as always, progress is insane. I'm back on my game don't worry, fixed my handstand alignment, on my way with the side split too ;)
Why were you wearing a bow tie lol :)? Hey i'm a dancer and i'm trying to get my middle split (straddle) do you have any advice that could help? Also do you know how i can make my legs stronger so i can do a leg extenstion with out using my hands? Thanks God bless
@crewtastic I try to stay classy at all time. lol, no I just found that and I thought it would be funny to wear it in a video. For the flexibility I don't have much tips but stretching everyday and doing a lot of splits. I have some other tips but I should make a video about it because it's hard to explain in words. There are 2 videos that give good tips for flexibility and that helped me, I will send you the links.
