This man is gonna mind fuck so many NFL defensive schemes.People can say hes an old fart, but he's gonna bring a New England style of pro offense to modify Tennessee's overall offense. He will get the ball back in the air more than before. this guy has experience all over the board. i also believe he will find the right guy at QB. he has a broad sense of what it takes to to win games w an old school style QB. last year vince was puss, palmer could make Locker/Johnson explode
