Okay, at 0:26 I fell in love with this video. Firstly because OMFG YOUR DRAWING IS GORGEOUS! Secondly because I HATE when people don't show what the finished product will look like at the beginning and sometimes you end up taking tips from someone who just can't draw.

ohmy! i kinda only draw girls! i can draw guys, but they are so rectangular and linear that it is so difficult to draw them compared to girls! they have no curves or anything. and i always think its easier to draw a girl because i am one. haha. it depends if i need to use geometrics or not, but i always use a basic circle for the head then i add lines and curves and whatever and stuff!

@Pillowie dont be discouraged,if u keep on practicing your drawings will eventually get better,who needs markers to draw,the tools don't make the artist,the artist does,all u need is a pencil,eraser,and ink pen(if u want) one day u may look back at ur old drawings and say,wow i improved! but all this only happens if u practice

So that's how I taught myself xD I think my proportions are a bit off, too : p It's so awesome to find someone else out there that draws the same way I do! I've been drawing ever since I can remember, and I've never met anyone else, besides my mother, who draws like we do :3

the only tip people can give you is practice. Try looking at books and tutorials online. also look at pictures online. just practice practice practice it helps alot. so keep drawing!

haha, me too, I never use geometrics, I just draw :) and I would always just look at a picture and Im like... hm, okay, Ill draw it in their style.. so my style can vary depending on what Im trying to draw and what I looked at to help me ^^;; now I can draw my own stuff, and I have adopted my own style. Its very similar to yours actually X3 maybe theres a reason for that, idk :3

It's interresting that you don't use any geometrics. Honestly I draw everything based on geometrics. But I also study physics and math. So I just try to find always a mathemathical explanation for the stuff I'm drawing. Doesn't work allways honestly :'(
