In the vido you say that "You will be here everyday with 2 or 3 people picketing." Drexell Johnson cann't you keep your word since the filming of this video on 10-10-08 you only showed up once on 10-15-08 for 5 minutes.

Authors note: The Protest shown here only had 9 people in attendance counting the cammera man he hiered and the following Big protest that he schedualed for October 14, 2008 had a better flowing of 00 people (I thought to use to zerros instead of one to get him to double digit atendance).

As for one of the signs that one of the indevidual was holding if a Black Man cant work in Watts where can he work. Is the domest most ignorent comment I have read. Are you trying to go back to segregation should only black people work and Watts and latinos in East Los Angeles and so on. The work should go and did go fortunetly to the right person for the job.

Sir you are a cry baby trying to force people to give you your ratle. CDU has a divrese workforce not only on its contractor site which has African americans, latinos, asians and whites as well as elderly people but in its regular work force just look at the public saftey officers monetering your protest. I saw 5 african americans 1 hispanic and one cacasion.

What you fail to mention is that you do not have the appropriate contractor licenses and that you have a reputation in the industry as trying to bully your way into cotracts insted of going through the proper chanels (wait you need to be a licensed contrator and actually have a licence to bid.) Your famous for forcing your machines and equipment onto construction sits and saying to whoever is in charge I demand that you hire a black man right now. (who cares if he has a license).
