and why are u complaining that the government isn't being democratic enough...... you have a flag with che guevara on it? he was a murderous communist...a dictator - the opposite of a democrat.....so u want more democracy and support communism. makes perfect sense
the guarentees are LEGALLY BINDING. The EU is run under the priniciples of human dignity, freedom, demogracy and equality - that is set out by the Lisbon treaty also. If the EU were so suddenly change their mind about these guarentees after the Lisbon treaty is passed then they would be breaking EU law, so that is highly unlikely to happen. once the treaty is passed then the assurances that have been given to us will annexed as part of the treaty.

u say the yes vote side is using scare tactics?isn't it convenient that u fail 2 mention the absolutely ridiculous scare-tactics that the no vote side is using : that the minimun wage wil drop to 1.84, they will legalize abortion etc. that is all absolute rubbish & u know that. You've got a problem with the government (I don't blame you). Now that has little to do whether u should vote yes or no 2 the LISBON TREATY. Tell us why exactly 1 should vote no to lisbon and tell us using FACTUAL evidence
well said, the no side are mad spoofers, the man in the video is afraid the lisbon treaty will come in cos jobs will be created and he might have to work for a living.
big companies will invest in ireland while our taxes and minimum wage are protected, our corporate tax will stay low and europe do not not ave the power to change our minimum wage, so the 1.84 an hour is a lie by the no campaign.
Good man, we need more Irish People to speak out, Don't believe what statistical polls are telling you, when have you ever been asked to take part in these polls???? The EU have influenced our corrupt government so much they are willing to take all the necessarily steps to secure a yes vote. Once again our government seeks the views of the Irish Public through deceit. Intel and Ryanair have been introduced into Irish Politics to defuse the funding for the yes campaigners. VOTE NO NO NO NO NO
Well, if those in the EU can buy Mr (FAT RETARDED CUNT) Cowan that I didn't get a chance to vote against or even get a vote at all then it's down to the REAL Irish people once AGAIN.
Watch for a vote rigging as Cowan has already stated on the record that he wants to sell off Ireland with a 'guaranteed yes vote result' last year.
my democratic right to vote was binned the last time.. So more of us this time will be voting NO AGAIN... It is the end of the road for this government and the yes campaign.. GOD SAVE IRELAND.. GOD SAVE THE IRISH PEOPLE.. VOTE NO..
i watched your video, i respect what youre saying, the no - side are using scare-mongering also, as i drove into the city centre,i seen posters suggesting that we be all working for 1.84 an hour, thats merely a persumption, an exageratted one, i will be voting yes.
People need to understand that we already have an European Union. They're always trying to present it as if the EU would break apart if the Lisbon Treaty is not ratified.
The Lisbon Treaty is dangerous! We need to oppose these totalitarian trends.
A bad deal for us - a good deal for our political classes. Lies, lies and the Lisbon Treaty. We really don't have much time left, if you agree I urge you to help us. Discuss the treaty with your family, friends and colleagues - and please go out and vote!
As an electronically adopted Irish non-immigrant I vote no emphatically. I've done minimal research of course and I otherwise am a bit of a secret "European" (I'm more European-minded than British put it that way) but in this case it's a nay....unfortunately I can't vote. INGSOC.
...and I'm with you on the EU. I just don't trust the British government to put my welfare first in the long run.
Just living life usual-usual thanks for asking ;) Football season kicked off so that's good :P. Everything ok your end? Haven't been on blogtv for a while and if I visit it's very brief. Let us know if you're going on in the future.
On here still trying to get exposure to the right places in my own little way. It's great to see you posting vids.
Why can't you vote? Its a pitty you did not research it a bit more...
English Socialism INGSOC..... LOL
But what you're saying is that we should be rid of the last vestiges of (immigrants) when we vote NO.. I couldn't be more in agreement with you, brother. ...
i saw fg and the english teachers face next to ''yes to recovery'',, obviously he mustnt have seen the news that bilderberg plan to keep the world in ''recession'' for another ten years and yeah i just had to take it down ..nil means no gra gus solas
I think it's handy to have the EU in the sense that while they haven't been much good up until now, they won't allow Ireland to collapse if worst comes to worst. I'd much rather the EU than NAMA.
But it's so dishonest that they're saying the Lisbon Treaty = Europe.
It's all focused on WE NEED EUROPE. But we're not going to be kicked out of europe, are we?
I honestly think that NAMA in of itself is a scare tactic so the government can make lazy cutbacks.
I know, that's what I was saying myself. All the posters seem to make out that it's a vote whether to stay in europe or not, which I said was dishonest. We're not going to be kicked out of Europe for voting no...
I was saying the government was also using NAMA as a scare tactic, in terms of "Oh if we don't make these cutbacks; NAMA will have to come in". I imagine if they're any use, as I said, the EU wouldn't let it get to that point regardless of whether we vote Yes or No.

Everyone seems to jump to the conclusion that you have to be a communist to appreciate Che Guevara. I'm not a communist btw.
I'll be voting NO because I don't believe the "Guarentees" are worth the paper they're printed on and because I voted No to this only a year ago.

If the EU believed in Democracy they wouldn't have a record of bypassing referendums and going back on promises/guarentees.

Lisbon IS good for Irish jobs.
We have completely forgotten what it was like before we joined the EU.
Young people were leaving Ireland in our droves.
I know things are bad now but they were a lot worse before we joined the EU.
If we say No we will lose so many jobs. It's a complicated treaty but we are going to give a simple message to Europe, a Yes or a No.
If we say No our political stability (as a member of the EU) will be shot and companies will leave.
Vote YES

The reason that Ireland boomed was because you had corporation tax at 12.5%. That attracted loads of new business. Nothing to do with the EU.

Where were you in the boom
1 Gama were paying their workers f all to complete road jos in Ireland was that good for the irish worker?
2. where were you where greedy developers were hiring cheap non-skilled construction workers?
3. where were you when irish college students could not get summer jobs to fund their education!
4. where were you when dell announced its move to poland.

I think you better go check out the real facts about the Lisbon Treaty, use the web and not just look at posters.
Then when you vote you'll make an 'informed' vote on the full facts that YOU find yourself and are not TOLD or SHOWN.
This 2nd vote is against the Irish population in Ireland and our Irish Constitutional Laws as the Irish population have ALREADY voted on this.
Do you keep slapping a womans face until she says 'yes' ? I think NOT !
Go find the REAL FACTS FOR YOURSELF ;)
