  • Its a piece of viral advertising for Ray Ban

  • Comment removed

  • its fake they had it in reverse dont believe me go to captaindisillusion's channel

  • Who cares how it's done. Just enjoy the awesomeness of the video.

  • at 0.09 the camera shot changes, this is a different clip with different buckets, these bucketss have peoples arms in them, theses people are under the table as you dont see under the table for the rest of the clip, the people place the sunglasses on their faces

  • @DELIGHTFULMOVIES

Well if that were the case, then how would the buckets stay full?

  • WHAT SORCERY IS THIS?!

  • the sun glasses you had on before you dunked your head in are the same ones yoy had after

  • I didn't notice he was standing on a brick. I did, however, notice he was standing on a cinder block...

  • anyone ever thought that its probably just some awesome stop motion. Like they pause the vid, then some puts the glasses on them, then they start it again?

  • @gravitywheel u r alot like captan dissalusion

  • I'm trying to figure out how they did it right now. I think I've sort of got it. The only "clue" I notice in the video is at 1:29 where you can tell there's some sort of perspective trickery taking place. The bucket on the left is actually closer to the camera than the bucket on the right. The guy in the blue shirt isn't really dunking his head into the bucket, but rather behind it.

  • They better not be real wayfarers you just put in there.

  • @famoussward Oh yes. They are.... I'LL TAKE THE LEFTOVERS!

  • very impressive

  • my guess is that they've got a guy underneath the table sticking his hands through the buckets to put the glasses on them

  • If you still wonder why there are Ray Ban sunglasses all over the place in this video and the creators channel in general: It's Ray Ban's (urban) marketing campaign called "Never Hide", wich started over 3years ago...

  • interesting to watch :)

  • nevermind i just watched the video i have no idea now lol

  • Okay, i think i figured out the first shot. Okay, so play 0:08 seconds repeatedly you will eventually see that the camera zooms in. So, when the picture/frame is covered in blue (his shirt) they cut it, and never show what's under the table after that shot. Might be someone under the table putting on the glasses for them. Guess they made the containers with a hole that doesn't let the water out. My best opinion.

  • Thumbs Up if you Noticed the guy on the yellow shirt standing on a brick ! :D

  • how did u get so many glasses?

  • from about 1:15-ish on, the filming gets a little jumpy so I'm guessing that there is some either photoshopping and/or computer work being done here. I don't believe it. I may not be able to prove it right now but I don't think this is real.

  • $145 a pair X 100 = $14,500 worth of shades.

  • @iOzznialt anybody who pays $145 for a pair of sunglasses deserves to bob and never come up for air

  • @spoonpal I payed $310 for my Ray-Bans lol.

  • The yellow guy has to stand on a brick. heh heh heh, short people...

  • 1:30-1:32 KNEES DROP BUT FEET STAY THE SAME, NICE EDITING BOYS.

  • you guys are awesome

  • that's a lot of work, hats off, very cool.

  • I think there is a guy under the table putting sunglasses on them.

  • OMG HOW DID THEY DO TAHWT

  • Notice how they never reveal the bottom of the table of them 1 at a time or 2 at a time other than in the beginning. so the table had a cut in the bottom and a person would put it on his face. when they leave, there must be a flap there. my theory. Amen. (WTF?!)

  • @TheWade5454 except when they did a couple times tiredoldbruce's explanation was used

  • @tiredoldbruce you have right

  • gay och falska

  • this video is fake and g-... well pretty fucking awesome.

  • can i have a pair

  • how can u afford all those glasses?

  • Okay, here is my theory. There is a fake bottom, there are hands under the table putting them on there faces, & spraying water on there heads. The water you see in certain shots, are cgi-ed in. also, for the shot @ 1:24 where you see under the table, it is a computer generated image overlapping what is really going on, thats my theory, whats yours?

  • green screen split. there are holes cut through the table and somebody is down there putting the glasses on their face and splashing water in their face

  • Comment removed

  • it's not a continuous shot look at the water hose head at :41 then look at it at 1:31....its not there and you can see the exact spot that was shown on :41....ooohh and check out at :07 how he's dumping those with left arm as the dominate and tilting to the right and then....poof he's holding it normal at :10 and also note the drastic distance change between them too...and its also at his shoulder at :09 and at :10 it magically poofs over...that explains the drastic change in distance!!!

  • some of the scenes look reversed

  • steroids...

  • now captain sollusion how can you explain this ;)

  • haha :)

  • never hide is currently ray-ban's add campaign in europe. wonder if they stole the name from these guys

  • Comment removed

  • @wes8830 dude, i just realized something! since never hide is currently ray-ban's ad campaign in europe, and their name is neverhidefilms...ALL OF THEIR VIDEOS HAVE RAY-BAN WAYFARERS IN THEM!also, there are 100 official rayban wayfarers in there, that would cost about $15,000 in usa! this channel is an ad for rayban! and last but not least, all of the vids say facebook,com/rayban in the description!

  • @NESMeister well duh.

  • dude this is freaking cool!!!! so are you guys really into sunglasses or something? i wanna see more!

  • there is a guy under the table that all.

  • @XxXKiNgOfUnIvErSXxX

lol i thought the same thing XD

  • if you look closely you can see the cuts. and bobbing is a gay idea btw. do something cooler.

  • how much money do they even have???

  • It's called really good editing!!! They wore the glasses put thier heads in the bukets of water then filmed them coming up with the glasses on then filmed themseves dunking thier heads again then cut to edit to the next trick.

  • @BoRnToBeWiLDforGoD possible :)

  • I like the "Never Hide" phrase that pop´s up in their videos randomly.

  • i know how they have done its, its easy as a bitch slap, its jus cutted when they go under water, they commed out, equiped the glasses, went underwater again, and than get out of there, its easy as that, and all that i learned from CaptainDisillusion :D

  • NEVER HIDE..... that was hidden on the car window in the last video. Now on the surf board.

  • omg lets enjoy ppl being silly on utube? who cares how. the why is its ment to entertain. jesus wow LOL. nice work guys.

  • song name anyone?

  • you guys are so wierd hahaha good song tho 5/5

  • i liek glasses

    5/5

  • Fun to watch.

  • @TheFulhamFC his arm pluggs the hole so no water goes out

  • hey you all f*ckin' internet smartass wannabe.. Don't you just realize that in every scene there's a part that they don't show underneath the table?? of course there are holes in the bottoms of the buckets and the the tables so they can be able get the glasses put on their faces manually by other guy under the table!!

    Jezz..! use your heads dumies!!

  • @Shifty3651727 wouldn't all the water fall out the bucket then?

  • @Shifty3651727 Oh wow, should I send a check for your enlightment? My life had no meaning before I found your oh so smart explanations. Lets give this sad dork a standing ovation!!! HE SOLVED THE MISTERY!!!

  • @Shifty3651727 1:00 yes you can

  • Is the whole point in this video's existence for people to prove how OMG LYK FKE it is?

  • The guy in the blue shirts bucket is almost full to the brim when he's filling it with the hose but then when we see the bucket a few seconds later it is way below the brim of the bucket

  • I think you just about can see the hands under the table at and a little before 1:00..

This is acually do-able whit some kind of bag or gloves under the buckets.

But i'm just being a internett smartass now, so who knows.. =)

  • its obviously an illusion.... but that takes alot of skill to make

  • excellent

  • okay there buddy then how does the water not fall down the hole in the bucket -__-

theyre just playing it backwartds, cutting and shiz

  • yellow is a shorty

  • fake just like the other vid

  • what type of sunglasses are those?

  • the ray ban wayfarers

  • This one's easy; everything below the table is cropped in, that's why it looks distorted. In reality, there are two other people, one under each bucket, putting the glasses on the main character's faces. The guy on the left is impossibly tall for that reason.

  • pause at 1:33

    hes not in the bucket

  • cut scenes and played reversed

  • Comment removed

  • impossible sccene one he starts off dry and becomes wet. there is no way to reverse that... water trickling upwards would be obvious if it were reverse.

  • Theres probably ALREADY glasses at the bottom of the bucket the right way up, duh.

  • Go to 0:37 and look at the right sleeve of blue shirt guy (his right). Let it play to 0:42 when it cuts back to him and that sleeve is more wet than a second before.

  • @tiredoldbruce its because in the sunglass catch the vids were played backwards and they use a string and there was a fake face on the car one with no glasses then the face dissapered then the face wit the glasses was there

  • @tiredoldbruce hey dude are you a moron of course the water will spread to his t-shirt

try to watch it again 0:30 - 0:34 the water on hist shirt spreads

  • @danielreahnp03 It wouldn't spread that fast. I don't know why you're so agitated at my observation. Perhaps you'd like to believe this is real but i guarantee it is not.

  • @tiredoldbruce dude it is possible because these guys are bobbing in the pail of water. why dont you observe again. and you could do this if you will practice. come think of it.

  • i dont know exactly how they did it but even if it was a fake, it was humerous and entertaining. I enjoyed watching it and even if it is fake a whole lot of effort would have been put into making it

  • We are watching a whole new form of magic developing and I give these credit for taking it to a new level. Fantastic job. More, please!

  • I tried that and was successful but it was a lot harder and more awkward than they make it look

  • Its frame shot obviously but it was a funny vid :D

  • much much better this time around

only mistake i saw was when guy in yellow went to take a breath before putting his hdea back inother than that great work loved it

  • Awesome!

  • I laughed when I saw that annoying fucking midgit standing on a cinder block.

  • Comment removed

  • they dunked there heads in twice

once with out the sunglasses, and once with and then they reversed the shot of the dunking there head with the sunglasses and combined them in the middle

  • My theory: they are witches and we must burn them.

  • the best theory yet!

  • Agree

  • Hey wait a minute...takes one to know one...HANG AUNEL2

  • Agreed.

  • @aunel2 lol...

  • @aunel2 if they are witches, the water should've melted their face

  • @aunel2 Witches melt when they get wet but im down for burning them...

  • There is a fake bottom in the buckets, someone just puts the glasses on their face and pours water on their heads lol. Donno how they did the ones where you can see the water...?

  • Well it could have been done with rubber gloves or something like that, attached directly to the buckets - since they use just one or two glasses, it cant be that hard - maybe they had translucent bottom of the buckets.

  • Wow this is so cool I wanna buy a pair of those sunglasses!! Viral Marketing Works!!!! not.

  • haha the guy on the right has to step on a cinder block

  • my theory: right before they dunk their heads in the water they cut the film, and them place the glasses on their face, then pull their heads our of the bucket with the glasses already on their face

  • Perhaps theirs something setup up after the first shot that aligns the glasses with their heads.

  • The only trick is that this was done entirely in reverse, which is why the video is mute other than the added music and voiceovers

  • completely wrong

  • Incorrect....how did they get the sun glasses on when they are seen throwing them?

  • HAHA, yellow dude is short. Standing on a stool

  • 1:31

the guy on the right in on a brick

  • ou so many Sherloks here...

  • fake fake fake

  • fake

  • soo many ray bans im jealous!!

  • 2 different shots combined together, one until he puts his head into the bucket without glasses, and there is a second shot which starts with his head in the water, with the glasses

  • r those real ray bans

  • There are possible cuts at 0:12 and 0:16. Whenever you see something swipe across the entire screen, there could be a cut.

Plus, the water makes it look pretty murky anyway, they could use the clone tool frame-by-frame for a second or two to make the bucket look entirely red.

  • this will sound stupid, but maybe someone cut out holes at the bottom of the tub and then put their arms in. They covered up all the spots that the arms didn't fill, and they used blanks to cover the people under the table.

  • i agree

  • but where's the water then? ;)

  • i love how the yellow guy is on top of a cement block

  • What is the name of the song by Squeak E. Clean ?

  • Do not try and wear the glasses. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.

Then you'll see, that it is not the glasses you wear, it is only yourself.

  • haha lol bulshit statement

  • 1:41, Saw that little spurt of water?. It's a reverse shot.

  • so water got into his mouth? you're an idiot.

  • he just squirted water with his mouth perhaps?

  • that was him spitting water out of his mouth...

  • 1:18, His shoulders and his head go way in, The bottom of the bucket is taken out, And at 1:18 it's a pathetic attempt to get all the glasses on, And get splashed in the face with water.

  • they used cheat codes.

  • hahahahahhaa

  • haha

  • That's nothing, try doing that with battery acid

  • omg that just looks refreshing.

i want to do that right now.

  • its cut scenes with reverse used..

    stop being gullable.

  • there's no reverse, otherwise the water would drip upwards

  • i was being sarcastic...........

  • There's a reverse at the end

  • maybe those sunglasses can swim ?

then it would be easier :]

  • Of course they are in the bucket. That's not the trick. The trick is, how did they get on the faces

  • yeah, but im saying that pointing out that maybe thats something they misssed and that maybe there isnt any glasses in there and they had them hidden or something

  • at the beggining when they dump the glasses in the bucket, the guy in blue never put anything in and nothing was on his plate of glasses, so how did he get them?

  • Probably were already in the bucket :|

  • no because u can look at the beggining there are glasses on the plate

  • they were already there

  • you have at least 15 pairs of ray-ban

  • All/Most of the videos by "neverhidefilms" are just marketing for glasses or shades you know.... They get payed for making videos like this.

  • hee hee thats funny the guy in yellow was standing on a cinder block

  • The under-the-table suspicion is legit...maybe the buckets have a divider in them, such that half is filled with water the other half is not? Persons under the table put them on from the half without water, splash the faces with a water-bottle type deal to allow for fresh dripping when they come back up? And then 1:29-1:38 are edited to super-impose images of the space beneath the table without people onto the frames?

  • Other possibility is that they aren't ever actually dipping into the bucket to bob for them, but are dipping behind the bucket, with editing to make it look like they are going into the bucket. Rest same as previous conjectures.

    Either way, good work.

  • I wonder if those guys work in the movie industry... since they have srs skills.

  • this is a cool video, but cant we all just appreciate how awesome the effect looks instead of rambling on about how its fake?

  • I can... and I do.

  • that is so cool

  • ®Ø¢K øñ!!!

    тнϧ Î$ уоцтчßз ÅйD щнзтнзя чøu L¿k£ Ïт ºг ñ¤т тнϧ Î$ к¿йD ØF ©øøL §õöõ ÇØÞY ÅйD þå$TÊ тнϧ 2² å$ Måйÿ ÇHдйй£L§ ºг \/¿Dëا å$ чøu LÏкË!

  • Pretty sure this is actually just a not-so-subliminal form of advertising for Ray Ban's .

"Look, these guys are just normal people doing something cool....and those sunglasses are cool too..."

  • Guys, look at Captain Dissulusion's channel. It explains how these guys do everything.

  • there is actually someone under the table with his hand in the bucket (from below) putting the glasses on there faces.

if you want to know how they do it send me a message or something

  • or just look on captain dissulusion's channel.

  • you dnt know shit

  • Totally. They're reaching through from under a bucket of water helping them put the glasses on their face.

Its not like the water's gonna slip through or anything...

and the video's entertaining, isn't that all that matters?

  • Jesus Christ, guys... you are fucking geniuses. i never would have thought that someone would be under the table putting the glasses on.....thanks......

  • Nobody's under the table, but at 0:28 the guy in blue isn't on camera, so that one's easy. Have you guys seen Captain Disillusion's debunk of the video this is a response to? Try to look for things like that.

  • why are ray ban wayfarers so expensive if they can waste them like this?

  • ahhhh,

    i see now :)

see at the start, it is edited for two reasons, at one angle the guy in blue is fulling the bucket with water, when the camera turns he is holding a plate and the bucket has less water.

throughout the video you can see the water levels going up and down, each clip is merged together by faking the camera shaking.

    look at 1:41

yellow dude comes out of water and you can see a pair of glasses on his face, the camera shakes and the glasses are gone.

    nicely done, but i gotcha!

  • ithe glasses dont disappear they fell into the bucket mr eagle eye.

  • wow, then you must be blind yourself,

nothing falls back into the bucket.

    look.
