At 70 it was simple : go battle stance and use overpower whenever it lights up, also use piercing howl to slow a tank and try to hit him in the back so he can't avoid a strike. Even now at 80 lvl, being vastly improved, prot stays pretty low chance to win vs competent arms warr.
