He never gave any books.

It might be a good start to branch out.

May be off topic but I was once on Ritalin. I've done some research on ADHD or Adult ADD. Take Omega-3 with Fatty Acids supplements. It helps with the condition. Also, if your in school, all you need to do is some form of non stop exercising for 10 minutes straight. Jumping jacks, push ups, etc; which ever you prefer. Once done, it releases Dopamine in your brain (the attention and focusing chemical.) Thats the best alternate to Ritalin.

@timaya- it isn't a recording label. It is a studio where they make and produce short flims and youtube videos. It is owned by the top youtubers- and they have alot of people from different areas( make up tutorials,music,vlogs, short films.etc). They are located in LA- they are a growing business but recently within the last yr they have becoming successful. One of the owners are LISA NOVA, DANNY DIAMOND, SHAYCARL. Check them out. It might be a good start to branch out.

Okay, I had to pause the video to agree with you on the comment that when people discuss their faith that they just think everyone else is of the same faith. My mom got into an argument defending gays and that the bible was misinterpreted that gays will go to hell. The person she was arguing with disagreed. Everyone at the table started quoting scripture and I had to be the person to say "Why are we discussing this like we're all Christian? I'm agnostic." I LOVED their shocked faces! Priceless!

May be off topic but I was once on Ritalin. I've done some research on ADHD or Adult ADD. Take Omega-3 with Fatty Acids supplements. It helps with the condition. Also, if your in school, all you need to do is some form of non stop exercising for 10 minutes straight. Jumping jacks, push ups, etc; which ever you prefer. Once done, it releases Dopamine in your brain (the attention and focusing chemical.) Thats the best alternate to Ritalin.
