Just the blinkers are fucked up- they blink fast like the relay thinks one is broken. they are only supposed to blink at that speed when a bulb is out- also it looks dumb when they blink that fast

Yes. put a towel on a cookie sheet, then put the taillights on that. 300 degrees for around 10 mins, but watch them carefully or you may melt the lights.

The turns signals blink too quickly. some of the sites that sell automotive LED lights also sell a resistor that can be placed inline with the turn signals that'll make them cycle at a normal rate.
